As a response to #HumanWildlifeConflict around our #MountainEcosystems, Rhino Ark spearheaded the concept of establishing game-proof #ElectricalFences. As of today, we have built a 400km electric fence around the #Aberdare ecosystems, and are currently building a 450km fence around the #MtKenya ecosystems.
#Sustainability comes from involving the local communities, working with partners who have an interest in #conservation, engaging the corporate community, and most importantly, collaborating with the Kenya government.
#RhinoArk's objective is to ensure that in future, Kenyans have access to clean water from our #WaterTowers, and ensuring the protection and conservation of Kenya's forests by involving local communities.
