大家好！欢迎来到多彩妈妈的健康生活分享。我是一个有三个女儿的普通妈妈，来自中国大陆，现住美国东海岸, 刚刚开始空巢生活。经历多年忙女儿，忙工作之后，我终于有时间忙自己了。很高兴在这里跟大家分享我对生活的热爱: 美食养生，种菜养花，舞蹈健身，旅游世界, 为人父母。生活是丰富多彩的! 我希望它能激励你和我一起来用有限的生命去探索无限的可能，把每一个平凡的日子都过得象彩虹一样绚丽多彩。

Hi everyone! Welcome to Colorful Mom’s Healthy Life Sharing. I am an ordinary mom of three daughters. I'm from mainland China, currently living on the east coast of the United States, and just starting an empty nest life. After many years of raising three daughters and working full-time, I finally have time to pursue my own passions. I am excited to share my passions in life with you: cooking, gardening, traveling, exercising, and parenting. Life is full of color! I hope it can inspire you and me to explore infinite possibilities in life and live everyday life colorful like a rainbow.
