Dr. Holzer is a leading expert in her field of yoga for mental health, and taught at Stanford University where she became yoga for mental health certified. She is certified in yoga & mindfulness for cancer survivors, trauma-informed yoga & applied adaptive yoga. She trained in Rishikesh India with Yogi Dinesh.
