Columbia Gorge Stoneworks

I first met Ben Dale in 1994 when he was looking for someone to make a plastic injection mold for a new design he had, the Apex. I was a tool and die maker working for a local company and wanted to start a business of my own, working from home. We soon had an agreement and I got started on his project. Around 2000 I started making the scissor sharpener parts, then the Pro carriages. Around 2015 I made a bunch of prototypes that would soon become the Matrix stones, and the revised polish tape holders. These were an offshoot of polishing tools that I made to polish custom stone switchplates that I started making in 2001. I make everything myself and use as much American made materials as possible.

This is my passion and hobby, but also how I support myself so please subscribe and visit my website at https://cgsw.us/

Thank you,
David
