This channel is not only for young and athletic people; it is for everyone motivated enough to exercise on a regular basis for good health and youthful energy.
Towards achieving these goals, I have had fun developing and implementing my own exercise regime over the years. I am a 'young' mum of 48 with three adorable kids. I have always worked out on a regular basis, especially after my deliveries to get back in shape asap. I am a marathon runner, as well.
