James Glazier
This channel includes videos about multiscale modeling in biomedical research. It includes Indiana University course videos bu James Glazier and collaborators on the use of the Tellurium Environment to construct and solve dynamic network models of gene-regulatory, metabolic and signaling networks as well as population models of epidemiology. It includes extensive Indiana University course lectures on the use of the CompuCell3D virtual-tissue modeling environment to simulate developmental biology, cancer and in-host viral infection and immune response. It also includes research lectures applying these methods. Finally, it includes videos of the Interagency Modeling and Analysis Group Working Group on Multiscale Models and Viral Pandemics, which include short seminars by major researchers working in the area of modeling and infectious diseases.
