His Helpmeet

Welcome! My name is Amelia Iorangi and I am the founder of His Helpmeet a ministry that aims to encourage wives and single women who are preparing for marriage.

My journey is far from perfect. I admit I wasn’t a Godly wife. I thought I was doing a great job until my marriage fell apart in 2020.

This led me on my knees praying to God to help me understand His design for marriage and to help me understand my role as a wife. It was here that God helped me understand His word regarding marriage and it’s helped me become a wife who desires to honour God in all things.

I have learnt so many things about myself but more importantly through my failed attempts of being a wife I have come to know and believe that everything that God says about marriage is true and His design works.

After all He did create marriage, therefore our job is to not reinvent how to do marriage, instead we need to obey God’s word. What God had joined together let no man separate.
