Hi there! I'm Mia Hemstad — mom of 2, mental health advocate, and trauma-informed self-care coach. I'm here to walk with you on your healing journey and to help you make your wellbeing a priority, without any feelings of guilt or shame. My content will uplift you, support you on your self-care journey, and help you see that you're not alone.
I've survived abuse. I've lived through postpartum depression and anxiety. I currently am healing from PTSD, depression, and chronic pain, and I'm raising two beautiful kids. I understand how hard all of this can be. I see you, and I'm with you.
I've been on my own intense healing journey since 2013, and I have grown so much and learned how to live a good life alongside mental illness. I'm here to share all I learn with you because you deserve support, and the stigma and loneliness surrounding mental illness and being an abuse survivor needs to end.
