Thank you for checking out my video, this is part nine of the series.
Today we'll be looking at Ekans and its evolution.
Our Rival Finn had a team that was composed of Primarina, Staraptor, Metagross, Ceruledge, Heracross, and Mega Rayquaza.
The evil team was Team Flare.
And our Elite 4 was from Generation 9 (The Indigo Disc version).
There were 2 legendaries along the way, and the total run length was 50:15.
Ekans is one I was expecting to have a lot of trouble with, last year when I was doing solo runs, Arbok gave me quite the struggle. This time around it was fine. There were 5 failed attempts before this winning one, and that feels perfectly acceptable to me.
Normally I'd much rather run Unnerve than Shed Skin, and my previous attempts did, and then each one of those was constantly getting status conditions. So, of course, the one time I run Shed Skin, I get almost no status issues the entire run.
