In this video, I share how I called what I thought was Ethiopian Airlines customer care, only to realize I was speaking to fake agents. They sounded professional, confident, and very convincing. If I hadn’t paused to think for a second, I could have made a very expensive mistake.
I’m sharing this story so you don’t fall for the same thing. Please be careful when searching for customer care numbers online because scammers are getting smarter every day.
