Promo Pokemon Cards have been around almost since the beginning of Pokemon. With their original debut happening during the release of the first Pokemon Money, Pokemon Promo Cards have been an additional item that Pokemon Card Fans can collect which have a bit more of an "exclusivity" feel to them.

Throughout the years, Promo Pokemon Cards have really evolved. They used to be something that was only handed out with the release of a significant event, and now are included in tons of various collection boxes, 3 pack blisters, tins, and more. Despite their more common nature, Pokemon Card Promos provide an additional option for Pokemon Card Hobbyists to collect an enjoy.

Values and Prices on these Pokemon promo cards are still relatively small for many of the older promo cards, but some of the new ones can be quite expensive. Special Delivery Bidoof, Charizard, Pikachu, and even Pikachu with the Grey Felt Hat have caused a lot of chaos in the Pokemon Card Community over the past few years - both good and bad.
