I start most athletic development sessions with a series of plyometric exercises followed by some specific training or drills depending on the athlete’s position, sport and training goals. 💪🏼
In this session, we worked on force production plyos, mirroring, passing and ball control drills and change of direction with and without the ball. Big session Aaron Drewe!! 💯
