How to use CFW on sysNAND and not get banned - Nintendo Switch CFW

I cannot 100% guarantee that this will not result in a ban, however, this is what has worked for me for months, I haven't feared a ban since then. However, please make sure your sysNAND has nothing of the following, because if you do, I can assure you you WILL get banned:

Games obtained through illegitimate means
Games which have been modified (don't install mods on sysNAND)
Cheats enabled in online games

You can however still use any homebrew app, unrelated with the things mentioned above (i.e. overclocking tools and other overlays and Homebrew Menu apps).
