Описание: The legal system of China has developed tremendously since Opening and Reform in 1978, and currently being adjusted to the modern society. The successfully held World Congress of Law in 2005 in China demonstrated the achievement of China's legal system to the whole world. However, the legal system definitely needs more development and reform. The faultiness of the legal system still causes the turbulence among the society, like the Child Abuse case recently in Zhejiang province. How to give China an effective legal reform, bringing China to a state ruled by law is a serious topic to discuss.
