THE FULL STORY:

My wife and I have our son in daycare because we don't have another option. A few months ago, when I picked him up, he told me about watching a show with talking vegetables at daycare. I immediately recognized it as VeggieTales.

The next day, I asked his teacher directly if they were showing VeggieTales. She got defensive and kept saying they only show "appropriate content" but wouldn't give me a straight answer. I clearly told her I DON'T want my son watching VeggieTales. She just repeated that nothing inappropriate would be shown.

That evening, I asked my son again - and yes, they watched VeggieTales. So I emailed the daycare administration. They assured me VeggieTales has never been shown and never will be shown. It's not even on their approved media list.

But the following week? My son said they watched it AGAIN. I contacted administration, and they suggested my son might be "confused." Really?

So I decided to see for myself. I left work early, walked straight past the front desk (ignoring the receptionist), and went into the classroom. And there it was - VeggieTales playing on the screen. I took a photo as proof.
