Perimeter of a square = 4 x length of a side.
Area of a square = (length of a side x length of a side) or side x side.
ii. Perimeter and area of a rectangle.
Perimeter of a rectangle = 2(length + breadth).
Area of a rectangle = length x breadth.
iii. Conversion of units.
