That 2005 Criminal Trial was the biggest joke OF A CASE that I've ever seen. It should have NEVER made it to a criminal trial IF the public KNEW the details that was INTENTIONALLY left off to keep showing the footage of the Bashir documentary, which aired on February 6, 2003 in the U.S., not realizing the Arvizo's MADE up their claims AFTER the doc aired.

The Arvizos would claim MJ kidnapped them AFTER the doc aired and it was at this time MJ molested Gavin for the FIRST time when the entire world was watching. Their story was so ludicrous the DA kept moving their timeline when he realized they had MULTIPLE denials of it ever happening including one to the Division Child Protective Services on February 14, 2003 and they told Ed Bradley (60 Minutes fame), they wanted to go on 60 Minutes on February 7, 2003 to tell the world how much of a wonderful person that MJ is and they were mad at Bashir for misrepresenting the doc.

Tom Sneddon, the DA, kept pushing the abuse out to the point he had it in March 2003. But what has DISAPPEARED is the story of the family claiming MJ kidnapped them and they tried to escape Neverland in MJ's "hotair balloon."🤣 During the Criminal Trial, RECEIPTS of the out dining and out in public were PRODUCED to prove they were NOT held against their Will and it basically that LIE killed their case as jurors were LAUGHING. See there is a reason the 2005 case or the 1993 case can NEVER be turned into a documentary because it would EXONERATE MJ. i will not even go through that 1993 case as it was just as ludicrous at the 2005 case. It was so bad, the investigation didn't even result in a criminal charge even with 2 GRAND JURIES (1 in LA and 1 in Santa Barbara) going over the evidence to charge. Both came back with NOTHING.

So now we are at the LIEDoc. They they started with NEW/FRESH accusations that have NEVER been vetted in a courtroom or investigation because it allows them to SKIP over the 2 fraudulent cases before. 🤣
