ICM as Project Experts (Design & Construct) with RDS and Geometry (Construction) & Mott & McDonald (Consultants) built the first trial section of a geo bag berm in Ullal, India.
The area is prone to severe erosion and wave attack with dangerous shoreline conditions. (Public drownings occurred at the adjacent beach during works).
The project was part of a shoreline management program (ADB Funded) which included sand nourishment and offshore reefs.
