I Thought It Was a Small Leak… I Was Wrong (Epi 41)

Описание: I thought it was a small leak.

I was wrong.

What started as a simple repair in the sunroom has turned into something much bigger than I expected. Once the ceiling came down, we discovered that one of the supporting beams had been quietly rotting away — soaked through and in need of full replacement. That means the terrace floor has to come up, the beam rebuilt, and everything put back together properly.

Annoying? Yes.
Good that we found it? Absolutely.

While that unfolds, I’m continuing with the finishing details inside — painting and installing the hallway floor panels, finally wrapping up the living room walls (no more painting montages, I promise), and getting everything one step closer to done.

And because winter has felt endless… I bought a little instant spring. 🌷
It’s my birthday this weekend, and I decided to celebrate with bulbs, pots, and the promise that the real spring is just around the corner.
