Heckadon Homestead packs up for a vacation in Alaska in October! October is Alaska's 'off' season so we rented a truck and set off to find our own adventures. We drove to Chena Hot Springs and all along the Parks Highway through Denali National Park to Anchorage. It was a trip we will never forget but we were ready to come home to the homestead!
In 2020 we built our dream home. 2021- We've sold everything and are starting from scratch in the pursuit of living a self sustainable lifestyle on our homestead in Missouri.
