Rosanne and Lidy will be performing Ravel's Duo sonata, dedicated to Debussy, bird sounds by Schumann, and their version of a Romanian folk tune about larks.
Cellist Lidy Blijdorp was set to perform at the release party for her debut album this month, recorded alongside two other talented musicians: Rosanne Philippens (on violin) and Julien Brocal (on piano). Things turned out differently, but thanks to initiatives like this lunch break, we still get to enjoy the music, inspired by bird sound and folk music. Rosanne and Lidy will be performing Ravel's Duo sonata, dedicated to Debussy, bird sounds by Schumann, and their version of a Romanian folk tune about larks.
