KANDA BHAJIYA
Ingredients
4-5 medium onions (kanda), sliced
¾ cup gram flour
1/2 cup Rice Flour
Salt to taste
Add Chopped Ginger
Oil for deep-frying
1½ teaspoons red chilli powder
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
½ teaspoon cumin powder
½ teaspoon mint Leaves
½ teaspoon Curry Leaves
2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves
3 tablespoons rice flour
2-3 green chillies
Method
1.Take chopped onions in a bowl.
Add salt, Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, Aijwan powder, Hing powder, chopped Chillies, chopped coriander , Curry Leaves, Mint Leaves Add gram flour and rice flour.
2. Add little water and mix well
3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
4. Drop small portions of the onion mixture in the hot oil and deep-fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
5. Serve hot bhajiyas with Tomato Sauce.
