Plans to merge all Jubilee Alliance affiliate parties have been firmed up following Thursday’s signing into law of the political parties’ amendment bill. However, there’s a school of thought that says the political parties act is unconstitutional and can be challenged before court, since an act of parliament does not supersede the constitution. But will the much talked about jubilee merger materialize? And if yes, will it hold until the 2022 general election? Duncan Khaemba with that report
