During the time that I occupied the unit, my rent price was $2,400 per month.

If you want to live close to NYC but don't want to break the bank, consider New Jersey! The towns of Fort Lee, Edgewater, North Bergen, Guttenberg, West New York, Weehawken, Union City, Jersey City, and Bayonne are great options!
