• Sweetened Condensed Milk
• Heavy Cream
• Milk

Butterbeer Catalyst:
• 2 Cup Brown Sugar
• 1/4 Cup Water
• 12 Tbsp Butter
• 1 tsp Cider Vinegar
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Rum Extract
• 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream

Whipped Topping:
• 2 Cups Heavy Cream
• 2 Tbsp Butterbeer Catalyst
• 1/2 tsp Rum Extract
