This Strength Training class with Dwayne will focus on the muscles of the back. Grab two sets of dumbbells that range from light to moderate. Two exercises will be paired in supersets. Supersets are two exercises done back-to-back with no rest. Each exercise will be one minute each with a rest to see next superset. Enjoy!
