Gabe is an autistic and nonverbal teen who is learning many life skills! We love making dinner with him using our air fryer! It’s so easy! Gabe and his mom decided to make chicken fajitas! First Gabe helped make the marinade. He combined taco seasoning, salsa, olive oil, and lime juice. Next, he put the chicken breast strips, onions, and peppers in a bowl. Then he mixed everything together. Finally, he put everything in the air fryer and let it cook for 16 minutes at 370 degrees. Everything came out great and Gabe’s confidence is soaring with each new thing he learns!
