mugwort is my absolute favorite herb, and I want to share its healing properties with you in this session :)
asmr triggers - gloves, personal attention, soft spoken, spray bottle, face mask, acupuncture, sticky sounds, shoulder massage
something went wrong in the clips when I was lighting the moxa, so sadly I had to remove that section. however I included a lighter sound while applying the moxa to hopefully give a similar effect 🙏
