Описание: Are you a perfectionist? Your need to be perfect is probably damaging several areas of your life: your work, relationships, body image and overall mental health. Yikes!

Trust me. I'm a recovering perfectionist. I'd be frozen from starting any new project because I knew they wouldn't live up to my unrealistic high standards.

For example, I recorded my first EFT Tapping video in 2011. It took so much grappling with myself to release it and for the next DECADE, I only recorded about 5 more Tapping videos!

A couple of years ago I committed to releasing a Tapping video each month. I Tapped on my perfectionism and used the mantra "done is better than perfect". I gave myself permission to release 'solidly average' videos.

I've released over 150 videos since I dropped the perfectionism! And you only need to read the comments section to know they've positively affected people all over the world.
