There are some great perks to living in Brick NJ. Most notably will be on Route 70 and the hundreds of stores available to you. Every major food store will be here, big box retailers, and large department stores. If you still can find what you need, you're about 15-20 minutes away from the Ocean County Mall in Toms River NJ.

The Brick Township Public School District is rated a B- according to Niche.com. There are 8 elementary, 2 middle, and 2 high schools that house a total of 8,409 students.

Lakewood Gardens and Lake Riveria are going to both be single family home subdivisions. Every style of home will be available from ranches, bi-levels, colonials, and even new construction builds.
