Описание: In this video, I have shown you the easy and delicious spicy meal maker curry recipe. Meal maker is also called as soya chunks or soya nuggets.

Ingredients:

1. Soya Chunks or Meal maker - 1 cup
2. Boiled potato - 1 large
3. Diced Tomato - 1 large
4. Finely chopped cilantro - 1 tsp
5. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
6. Red chili powder - 1 tsp or add as per taste
7. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
8. Meat Masala - 1 tsp or put sabzi masala if you don't want to add this
9. Salt as per taste
For making masala-
10. Sliced onion - 1
11. Ginger - 1 inch
12. Garlic -(4-5)cloves
13. Cinnamon stick - 1
14. Cardamom - 1
15. Black pepper corn - (4-5)
16. Cloves - 2
17. Dry red chili - 2 or add as per taste
18. Mustard oil (it gives better taste and very nice aroma to the curry) or you can use any
19. Cumin seeds / jeera - 1/2 tsp
20. Bay leaf - 1
21. Water - 1 glass or add as required
