In this 15 Min Kettlebell Workout – Full Body, No Repeat, 40s Work / 15s Rest | Intense & Compact you’ll move through 15 unique exercises, each for 40 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest. It’s perfect for busy days, travel, or whenever you need an effective, time-efficient sweat session.
🔥 Workout Format:
– 15 kettlebell exercises
– 40s work / 15s rest
– No repeat format
– Full body focus
These are the kettlebells I’m using:
– 12KG (Green color on screen)
– 16KG (Yellow color on screen)
– 20KG (Red Color on screen)
👉 Choose a weight that allows you to stay controlled but challenged.
