Singer-Songwriter, Producer, Founder & Principal of Harmony School - Jayl De Lara and The Miragist UK – Ulrich Kratzer - a highly skilled and respected cancer and urology specialist whose paintings have adorned the walls of Kent and Canterbury Hospital, with a view to creating a more distracting and potentially soothing environment for patients waiting to be seen. The Miragist paints with a completely individual style on perspex; with the vibrant glowing colours of special rare German paints, usually reserved for stained glass windows. The paintings therefore have a multi-dimensional feel and depth where can shine out and disseminate from multiple angles - including behind.
“Holy Ground (Mercy and Silence)” is from Jayl’s energetic, multi-layered and ever evolving ‘Dance of Life’ project. This being the recent re-mastered “FLOW Edition.” The Miragist UK engaged in painting several of these works whilst listening to “The Dance of Life”; thus creating a true and authentically inspired inter-disciplinary art medium. The album this is from - “The Dance of Life (Flow Edition)”, was put together as a complete sensory experience - exactly 60 minutes long.
