100g rice flour
70g all purpose flour
70g sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 egg
185-200ml limestone water
coconut filling:
150g grated coconut
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
kaffir lime leaves
orange food coloring
2 coriander roots
2 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp pepper (grind all together)
meringue:
3 egg whites
150g sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp lime juice
