Automatic machines from cutting to welding to achieve high quality: square cuts, strong and flat seam, accuracy. Make hems, pockets and zipped edge.
STEP 1: Enter the cutting size of the screen into the software.
STEP 2: Matic Machine M1 unwinds fabric automatically on the cutting surface, leaving it flat and without tension.
STEP 3: M1 cuts fabric accurately on size. QR label can be printed to facilite the welding process.
STEP 1: Use the label scanner to load welding parameters into HERA.
STEP 2: Weld the top pocket, then weld the bottom pocket, automatic change of the position.
STEP 3: Weld the zippers on both sides to finish the Screen, automatic change.
