(09) 2000T Pull-Down Open Die Forging Press

Описание: In 2009, Oilgear Korea delivered a hydraulic drive and electrical control system to power a 2000T (20MN) Two Column Pull Down Open Die Forging Press.
With a moving parts weight (WOP) of over 102 tonnes Oilgear was able to achieve a performance specification of over 180 strokes per minute with an accuracy variation of less than 1.0mm. The hydraulic drive utilized the high performance PVV540 pumps, with the famous Oilgear Towler Fast Forging Valve.
This performance was achieved whist achieving an energy saving of 20% per stroke (360kW of power) wih our unique FFV and ACR forging system.
