Congratulations to all the 2025 Individual Artists Grant recipients! 🎨
Arts4MC established the Individual Artists Grant program to recognize artistic excellence, provide direct financial support to local artists, and uplift the creative voices that shape and inspire our Monterey County community. Recipients may receive up to $5,000 as Emerging Artists and up to $10,000 as Established Artists.
This year, Arts4MC awarded nearly $100,000 in grants to 17 Emerging and 2 Established Artists across the county:
Katie Raquel, Cristian Almanza, Jonathan Ordiano, Ivan Ramirez, Nada Abdelshahid, Arturo Cabrera, Miguel Garcia, Alicia Trujillo, Edward Corpus, Kee Hyon Higgins, Jess Marie Soriano, William Bell, Rudy Medina, Jackson Sherry, Rachael Short, Daniel Troia, Cambell Walker, Lillian Barbeito, and Edgar Lorenzo.
We are proud to support these talented individuals as they continue to create meaningful work and engage our diverse communities through the arts.
