That assumption is flat-out false!
I spent time in a children’s home that later became notorious for abuse. So did five of my siblings. Every one of them is now a well-adjusted adult with families, careers, and stability.
So maybe the problem isn’t kids from care...maybe we’re blaming the wrong people.
