Gandhi is well documented for anyone to forget easily. So is the case with the present Modi government
which is preoccupied with election campaigning 24X7.The question is then – who is running the country? Is it the Prime Minister or the bureaucrats sitting the
PMO (Prime Minister’s Office) or the cabinet or just no one at all?The way India is drifting in a roller-coaster manner shows that destiny is more responsible than design.
All facts, whether good or bad, are justified by the Modi government post facto. Nothing seems to be
going as per plan if at all a plan was made. Remember, the 5-years plans were dispensed with by Modi
way back in 2014. So, there are no measurable targets left anymore. And that is how the BJP
government is able to justify and sugarcoat its failures.

In this episode, I bring you some data that the Modi government will not like you to know. These facts
are contrary to the propaganda and misinformation being spread. There is not much you can do about
it, but then it is always to know the bad in advance than the good news.The Indian economy is in shambles, but the government is leading you up the garden path. The
rechristened BIMARU states (now called Empowered Action Group States) remain a massive drain on
the country’s resources nullifying all the good work done by the southern states. Needless to say, that
most of these have been ruled by the BJP for decades now, with little or no improvement. Making
Temples is not a substitute of governanceThe effects of the disastrous demonetization have been brushed under the carpet by Modi. Came with
bang and disappeared without a whimper. Cash remains the king in India. The larger question remains,
with UPI transactions at an all time high, where is all this cash going.
