In Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Bloor Street is a significant east-west residential and business route. From the Prince Edward Viaduct, which crosses the Don River Valley, Bloor Street travels west through Mississauga before coming to an end at Central Parkway. Danforth Avenue continues on the same right-of-way east of the viaduct. The 25 kilometre (16 mile) long roadway contains a substantial cross-section of Toronto's ethnic communities. The Mink Mile, Toronto's well-known shopping district, is also located there.

From Kipling Avenue to the Don Valley Parkway, Line 2 of the Bloor-Danforth subway line travels along Bloor. From there, it travels east along Danforth Avenue.
