Central Bank Governor, Loi Bakani, spoke about the current state of the economy at the Cairns Forum yesterday.
This comes after the Bank of PNG released an economic update, last Friday.
In it the Bank emphasized the need for exporters to take advantage of the kina depreciation to increase production and exports that would bring in much-needed foreign exchange.
