My 1970s-era 20" unicycle broke four days ago.
I bought a new one from unicycle.com and it came yesterday. I got up this morning, put it together, and went back to the site of my old unicycle's death to get my first pedals on this brand new unicycle.
I upgraded, or up-sized, from 20 inches to 24. The crank arm length on my old unicycle was 130 mm. I opted for 150 mm crank arms for this new, bigger wheel. I want it to be maneuverable, not only fast.
I want to be able to pedal backwards, and also to maneuver in close quarters; I want to weave around things and practice for the circus, as opposed to practicing for the Tour de France.
