The Ballad of Buster Scruggs Netflix Original Movie is the latest flick from the Coen Brothers making it one of the biggest Netflix Original movies to date. There have been a few with larger budgets but none with the star power or pedigree of the Coen Brothers and actors like Liam Neeson, James Franco and Tom Waits.

While The Ballad of Buster Scruggs Review isn't the strongest showing the Coen Brothers have ever had, it's a strong showing nonetheless. I'm ranking it somewhere just above the middle of the pack in a long list of great films (and a few turds) from the Coen Brothers.

Buster Scruggs is an anthology film making it an interestingly different movie for the Coen Brothers. It still has that Coen Brothers charm though and is very well written and beautifully shot. it's also really well acted and each story is very well told. Ultimately it lacks the cohesiveness that almost all anthology movies lack but it still ranks as one of the best movies on Netflix right now and likely will be for a long time to come.
