The light bar on my jeep has been giving me terrible whistle wind noise. In this video, I will show you how I eliminated the whistle noise from my light bar. It's cheap and very easy. Using U-Channel Edge Trim, I covered the Light Bar fins and that fixes it. Hopefully it will fix your problem too. The Edge Trim I used in this video which I bought from Amazon:
