Описание: I've avoided doing any versions of anything by Frankie Goes To Hollywood as I consider their music to be perfect as is.

However, the guitar riff in Two Tribes is my favourite of all time, so I've always wanted a definitive instrumental version of this song featuring that riff. Now, with the all-encompassing reality of AI vocal remover (might the final "two tribes" be us versus it?), the time was right to finally get this done.

The music in Two Tribes famously uses a mixture of American funk and a classical Russian string arrangement for the lead guitar and bass line. It's something very special and sacred to me.

To create the ultimate Two Tribes instrumental, I started with the "Carnage Mix", as it's the most rock-focused, guitar-driven, and orchestral of the original 12" mixes, infused that with the brutal mid-section breakdown (plus the ending) of the "Hibakusha" mix, then added an instrumental of the original "Cowboys and Indians" 7" single. Also, I've overdubbed that magical guitar riff over much of the track to highlight its greatness and give this instrumental a more guitar-driven feel.

The AI tech is not quite 100% perfect, as teeny-tiny remnants of vocals can be heard here and there, but all in all I'm very happy with the results.
