Описание: Isn’t a drop in unemployment numbers a good thing? It may not be as simple as that. The number of people who found employment is also decreasing. Labour Markets in India is shrinking. The total number of people working has also shrunk. Our aim is to increase the labour force participation rate. GDP recovery seen is an indicator of the organised sector. Not sure whether the un-organised sector has improved. Our indicators suggest the un-organised sector is not doing well. Labour force participation not at pre-COVID levels. Labour force participation was declining before COVID. We are coming back to the same declining trend.
