Hazy IPA with SPECTRUM and INCOGNITO Only (No Hop Pellets)

Описание: In this video, I challenged myself to brew a delicious Hazy IPA without touching a single hop pellet. Can it be done? With the incredible flowable hop products available to homebrewers now - specifically Incognito and Spectrum - I believe this is entirely possible! Recipe for 5 gallons (19 L) , your efficiency may vary:

"Shellhammer's Nightmare"

6.0% ABV 54 IBU

10 lb Rahr Pale Ale Malt (69%)
1.5 lb Flaked Oats (10.3%)
1.5 lb Flaked Wheat (10.3%)
1.5 lb Canada Malting Co Malted Wheat (10.3%)

Mash: 155 F (68 C) for 60 min

Water (ppm): Ca 77, Mg 3, Na 0, Cl 96, SO4 68, HCO3 0
Add to 8 gal (30 L) RO water: 6g CaCl2, 1g Epsom (MgSO4), 3g Gypsum (CaSO4)

30 min boil:
30 min - 5 mL (5g) Hopshot CO2 Extract (51.9% AA) (22 IBU)

Dissolve one 16g packet each into a pint of hot wort immediately after the boil and add to sanitized fermenter (dip hop):
Citra Incognito (50.09% AA) (10 IBU)
Mosaic Incognito (47.89% AA) (10 IBU)
El Dorado Incognito (41.14% AA) (9 IBU)

Dry Hop on Day 4-5 with one 20g packet each:
Citra Spectrum
Mosaic Spectrum
El Dorado Spectrum

OG: 1.060

Yeast: White Labs WLP066 London Fog (Dry)

Ferment at 68 F (20 C) for 10-14 days.

FG: 1.015
