This was actually the first time I've ever done this.
This glitch allows you to get through The Perfect Run at Grandmaster Galaxy with Yoshi for the entire course. You can also get through the regular run with Yoshi.
-Get through the first two sections with Yoshi.
-At the cloud/electric section, infinite flutter through without touching a cloud flower.
-Get through the next section with the disappearing green platforms and spin switch platforms.
-At the next section, do not use the pull stars, as that will drop Yoshi. Instead, infinite flutter over that area and proceed to the final section with the Hammer and Boomerang Bros.
-Get through the Hammer/Boomerang Bros. section and finish the star. This is fairly easy if you use Yoshi's tongue to defeat the enemies.
