Meanwhile, Allahabad High Court has given an important decision in a case of love marriage. The High Court has said that two youth have the right to choose the life partner of their choice. The court said that the law allows two adults to live together. Whether they are of same or opposite sex. The court made it clear that no person or family could interfere in their peaceful life.

उत्तर प्रदेश की योगी आदित्यनाथ सरकार लव जिहाद को लेकर सख्त कानून बनाने की तैयारी में जुटी है. बीच इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने प्रेम विवाह के एक मामले में अहम फैसला सुनाया है. हाईकोर्ट ने कहा है कि दो युवाओं को अपनी पसंद का जीवन साथी चुनने का अधिकार है. कोर्ट ने कहा कानून दो बालिग व्यक्तियों को एक साथ रहने की इजाजत देता है. चाहे वे समान या विपरीत सेक्स के ही क्यों न हों. कोर्ट ने साफ किया कि उनके शांतिपूर्ण जीवन में कोई व्यक्ति या परिवार दखल नहीं दे सकता है.
