What was supposed to be an unforgettable moment for a child turned out to be global outrage.The incident took place at the US Open where Kamil Majchrzak was signing autographs for the fans after his win in the second round. As he removed his cap and tried handing it over to a young boy, a person can be seen snatching it away and stuffing it in his partner's bag. The person was later identified as the CEO from Poland, Piotr Szczerek.
As the video went viral on social media, Szczerek’s behavior was heavily criticised and some people even called on the US Open to ban him from future events. While some user even called to boycott his company Drogbruk.
